Torino is welcoming Chef Yuji Hayashi.
Born and raised in Japan, his passion was always in Japanese cuisine. He trained in establishments which enabled him to gain a deep understanding of traditional Japanese cuisine and, later, haute cuisine and modern techniques. Anxious to showcase his talent internationally, in 2000 he left Japan and shared his culinary talent overseas including US. His recent work includes: Chef de Cuisine for the Consul General of Japan and Sous Chef at Nobu Chicago.
